It is intended to give you a general sense of the opportunity and is based on the information available at the time. It does not constitute a quotation or an offer.

Feasibility reports prepared by Solateq are preliminary assessments, not fixed or binding quotations. They are designed to help you understand whether a project is worth progressing and are not a commitment to deliver works at the figures shown.

Final pricing and project scope are subject to and may change following:

• a physical site inspection;
• structural and electrical engineering assessment;
• network, utility and regulatory requirements and approvals;
• contractor assessment of site-specific conditions.

A formal written quotation will be provided before any works are contracted.

Where you upload an electricity bill, the information used in your analysis may be extracted using automated, AI-assisted tools. While we take care to produce accurate results, AI-assisted extraction can contain errors or omissions. You should review the extracted values and any resulting analysis carefully and confirm the underlying figures before relying on them.

Estimated savings, generation, ROI and payback are projections only and depend on factors outside our control, including energy prices, tariffs, consumption patterns, weather and system performance. We do not guarantee any particular level of savings or financial outcome until a final assessment is completed and works are delivered, and even then projections remain estimates of future performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solateq is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on indicative estimates, feasibility reports or AI-assisted analysis provided before a formal quotation and contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
